My name is Traci Hernandez and I have been in the Real Estate Field and Legal Field since 1990. I worked in a Law Firm for 15 years and was a NNA Certified Signing Agent throughout Los Angeles County since 2004. I Moved to Reno Nevada in 2008 and worked at a Real Estate Office and a Real Estate Law Firm notarizing Legal and Real Estate documents for 10 years. In 2018 worked at a Real Estate Investment Firm and Title Office notarizing Real Estate Documents and Loan Documents. . I have a Paralegal Certificate and degree from Los Angeles City College and Accounting Degree from UCLA. In 2020 I wanted to have a flexible schedule so I started my own Notary Service specializing in Loan Documents. I work from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm throughout Washoe County and Lyon County. I currently do work for a local Title company as needed and started working for Notary Signing Services specializing in Loan Documents. My years of work experience has made me reliable, dependable and detail oriented. My life experience and personality has giving me the ability making people feel comfortable and confident in their signing experience.
