I carefully go over each and every document to make sure that all signatures, initial and dates are complete and properly filled out. I also double check critical documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will address it and correct it immediately.
