Hello All. My name is Stephanie Villeda and I am an independent Certified Notary Public for the State of New Jersey. I work under my company, Stamped & Sealed, LLC. I notarize both remotely, and in person by traveling to you. Aside from General Notary Work, I am also a Loan Signing Agent (the notary who's stamping all those important documents during a home closing)

My experience as a notary dates back nearly six years. I am available for same day, evening, weekend, and any last minute or unexpected signings. Available by appointment as well, of course. I should mention that I am very patient and knowledgeable in my career; being actively engaged in day to day admin and field work with a real estate investment firm has granted me the experience to be on both sides of the table.

I also offer Permit Running. This is for companies or individuals that need permits from the town or state in order to complete a project. (IE: construction/architectural companies, real estate, homeowners, etc) Most times, these permits need to be notarized. I will go get the paperwork for you, and once you have it ready to be notarized and dropped off to the town, I will take it for you. When approved, I will bring you your permit.

I am local to Bayonne, NJ, however I cover many counties in New Jersey including but not limited to: Hudson, Essex, Passaic, Union, Bergen, and Morris Counties.
