I am Certified through the National Notary Association, and have furthered my knowledge with additional training from, The Loan Signing System, Laura Biewers Notary Training, and Sign And Stamp by Andre C. Hatchett. I can ensure all documents are completed correctly by helping to guide the signers through The PCOR, The Note, Signature/Name affidavit, 4506 Tax Form, The Loan Application and all other essential documents. Printed copies for the signers are always provided for their viewing (unless advised otherwise). They are never rushed or forced to sign any documents. All instructions within the package are read to make sure they're executed correctly. Notarizations are only completed at the signing table during the appointment. I print documents accordingly, never double sided. And I do not hold documents for additional pay. Scan backs are honored and will be provided as requested with no up charge. If there is a chance I may arrive after the scheduled appointment time, I always contact the signers and hiring company as soon as possible with an eta. Documents are shipped out in a timely manner (with receipts obtained) to prevent any funding delays . If an error is found it will be I corrected immediately, no exceptions. The signers/clients are met at a location that is most comfortable for them (home, office, church, star bucks etc).
