All documents will be verified for accuracy (no missed signatures, initials, dates, or notarial stamps). Any signings that require a revisit to the signer will be executed immediately.

Understanding how valuable each Escrow Agents time is I will package mortgage documents at no additional cost. Each packaging will contain the legal description and each Grant Deed/Quit Claim Deed will match the Deed of Trust.
