We all have good credentials and we all are allowed to work as LSA passing the NNA
state exam.
However, in this particular job, by offering our services to real estate professionals, lenders and people who are waiting to close loan procedures - we cannot let them down! Knowing LSA Code of Conduct, Notary Primer and of course loan/escrow documents is a Must.
This knowledge should be gained not in practice by making mistakes with people's documents - but before we start offering our services, by taking good amount of time and investing in best available courses, with reputable leader and mentors.
