I am currently studying to become a Mortgage Loan Originator, which helps me understand how to explain procedures to clients on how to fill out the Loan Signing paperwork, as well as show the clients where to look to find answers to their questions.  MORE IMPORTANT IS THAT I UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF MAKING SURE EVERY PAGE THAT NEEDS A SIGNATURE IS SIGNED BY THE CLIENT TO MAKE SURE NOTHING IS RETURNED. - Will I arrive to appointments on time and will contact the signer if running late
- I will not print docs double-sided
- I will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the docs
- I will scanback as requested
- I will drop docs on time for next day delivery for all closing finished by 4pm
- I will not rush or pressure the signers to sign or provide legal advise
- I will notarize at the signing
- I will notarize only if we witness the signer signing the documents
