I have had a New York State Notary Commission since 1994. As a Notary public, I perform - Oaths and Affirmations, Acknowledgments and Proofs of Execution, Attest and Certify affidavits and depositions.
My New York State Notary Commission is renewed every four years.
In 2012, I prepared for and passed the National Notary Association test to become a Certified Notary Signing Agent. My background check was cleared, and I obtained Errors & Omission Insurance. I’ve registered with several Signing Agent companies, and for the past two years, I have been receiving a steady stream of assignments. The assignments cover original loans, refinances, HELOCS and special documents. Recently, I passed the Notary2Pro Training and received my Certificate.
As a Certified Mobile Notary Signing Agent, I primarily take New York City and Westchester County assignments.
