I am a Notary Public available for mobile notary and related assignments in, primarily, Erie and Niagara Counties in New York State.

My operating hours are 6:00pm to 9:00pm Monday through Friday, and 12:00pm to 9:00pm Saturday and Sunday, which allows me to be available to meet with clients and signers during their optimum availability hours.

I am committed to making the process of solicitation through completion swift, fluid, and hassle-free for all parties involved. If we come to an agreement on an assignment, you may consider that assignment done.

In addition to being fully certified to perform any Notary Public duty in the State of New York, I have extensive experience with political designating petitions, am willing to consider field visits on a case-by-case basis, and would be happy to consider corrections to or replacement of documents from other Notaries Public at a reduced rate (assuming the correction would not be a full set of loan documents or nearly so, then that rate would be my standard mobile notary rate plus standard state fee per notarization plus taxes, rather than a signing agent rate).

NOTE: If your assignment requires the recitation or expression or exchange in any way of a sales pitch, then I will withdraw from the assignment, no matter how late the time.

A Notary Public is an objective professional that verifies identities and free-will-signatures by general ethical guidelines, policy of the Secretary of State, and NYS Notary Law. Any assignment which attempts to present itself as a notary assignment but which actually requires a sales pitch is one that is not ready for a notary public, puts the notary in a non-objective conflict of interest, will absolutely not be executed, and will be referred to the Attorney General's office for review in the interests of the Department of State.
