I am certified in Trid and have Bank of America complaint training. I completed ethics and diversity training and have an ADA certification. My signing agent experience includes re-fi's, purchases, reverse mortgages, debt consolidation, loan modifications, annuity/structured settlements. or any type of general Notary work. I have an E&O policy for 100,000. I cover the counties of Albany, Schenectady,Rensselaer, Schoharie, Columbia,Saratoga within a 30 mile radius. I am willing to travel further upon negotiation.
