I have been in the mortgage industry for four years, as a realtor. I am NNA certified, as of May 2021. In my state (North Carolina), we are required to attend a 6-hour class in order to learn the notary laws. Therefore, I have a comfortable level of understanding how to execute a notarization.
My areas of coverage, at this point, includes Durham and Wake counties. I am accustomed to working with real estate clients and assisting them as they navigate through the closing process. Therefore, I believe I will be an asset when I am functioning in the role of a signing agent.
