The primary duty of a Notary is to help prevent fraud by witnessing the signing of documents and verifying their authenticity. My goal is to serve as a dependable and knowledgeable notary public specializing in closing real estate transactions.
First, I am a certified Notary Signing Agent by ProTraining LLC. This certification facilitates real estate closings consistent with the legal and ethical standards contained in the laws and rules of the state. Secondly, I am familiar with mortgage process and have knowledge of basic real estate and mortgage terminology. I have previously possessed a Mortgage Loan Originators License through the North Carolina Commissioner of Banks. Finally, I have a Bachelor of Arts degree which gives me strong verbal and written communication skills needed to communicate with lenders and home owners. I also have $50,000 of error and omissions insurance.
In the end all parties involved share one common objective. A completely signed mortgage loan package that is error free and returned as soon as possible. My aim is to be the conscientious Notary who delivers what all parties involved require.
