I take my time with each document making sure dates, signatures are correct. I check to see all areas for initials are in order. I also check the 1003 and make sure those are properly filled out with dates. I check the dates on Notice of Right to Cancel which is very important.

If by some chance I make a mistake I make that my top priority to make sure the assignment is completed.
