Hiring me for your signing will ensure that your borrower has a great signing experience. I will carefully go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are properly completed. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and PCOR to ensure they are filled out properly.

If on rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.

The documents will be returned on time, as soon as the signing is completed and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
