I began working in the Real Estate business back in early 90's. My experience is vast in the many hats I have held over the years from Title Processing and Review to Funding ,Post Closing and Policies. I held my Title Insurance License to perform settlements and closings up til 2006. I am currently a licensed Realtor in North Carolina and Virginia. I belong to the National Association of Realtors and participate in the local Chamber of Commerce in my community as an ambassador. My background in Real Estate from a Title perspective is a benefit for my clients when they are preparing for their own closings. I am familiar with all types of financing and the various documents and addendums which make them unique. I handle purchases, refinances , reverse mortgages and hybrid closings. Buying a home is exciting and it's my goal to make this event memorable for them. I have a Military Relocation Professional designation and work with the wonderful military community with their housing needs.

I cover the Hampton Roads area of Virginia to include, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Cheseapeake, Portsmouth and Suffolk down into North East North Carolina and the Outer Banks.
