As a Notary Public, I've conducted closings for over 12,500 real estate purchases, sales, refinances, commercial loans, and reverse mortgages. Prior to becoming dual-commissioned in Ohio/Kentucky in 2009, I lived in San Diego and was commissioned in California from 2004-2009.

2) Twenty one years of experience as a Real Estate Closer and Signing Agent Contractor;

3) Conduct real estate closings on behalf of title companies on a daily basis;

4) While an Escrow Officer, prepared settlement stmts and disbursements, handled title searches, and ordered payoffs;

5) Confident answering questions from borrowers, without giving advice;

6) Each year, obtain a background screening done by the Nat'l Notary Association;

7) Maintain a $100,000 E&O policy and Bond;
