2) Worked as an Escrow Officer and became cross-trained as a Professional Signing Agent;
3) Each year, I'm background screened by the NNA (exp: 02/23/2024).;
4) Regarding insurance, I maintain a $100,000 E&O policy and Bond (exp: 05/27/2024).

1) Specialize in conducting refinances, purchases, reverse mortgages, and commercial loans;
2) While an Escrow Officer, trained on Settlement Stmts, balancing the ALTA to the CD, disbursements, title searches, and ordering payoffs;
