Gaining my certification through the NNA and completing the Notary 2 Notary course gave me a wonderful foundation. Preparation is my strong suite, so I take time to read and  FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS.  This includes printing on the correct paper size, and not printing docs double sided. My background has taught me to value and protect client’s privacy and handle all matters with discretion. I don't make ASSUMPTIONS about what is needed; but rather communicate clearly, keeping you informed the entire process. I adhere to industry compliance standards by giving my clients excellent service, not pressuring or rushing them to sign or providing legal advice. Closings that I handle with accuracy including, but not limited to Home Refinance, Purchases, Reverse Mortgages, and Seller's Packages. I am highly adept at building excellent working relationships with others, so I am consistently friendly and professional.  In addition, I am very reliable.  If scanbacks are requested, I will do that promptly. If ever I make a mistake, I will own it and fix it right away.  I also return documents promptly, as soon as the signing is complete.  FedEx and UPS have multiple locations in my area, so I ship documents the same day.
