Accepts loan signing assignments via email or phone. Print and prepares loan docs. Reviews closing documents for accuracy in names, addresses, and legal information. Always arrives 10 minutes before scheduled appointment time. Describes lender loan documents and other legal documents. Fax or emails documents required by signing companies immediately after signing completion, followed by the shipment of documents shipped to the signing company or per directions via FedEx or UPS. Performs 15-30 signings each month.
