I am new notary, but am not new to the process as I am also a licensed realtor. I have over 30+ years of working in national sales. I have worked in writing federal policies for over 7 years. I am a professional who appreciates and values each and everyone of my clients; no mater how big or small the transaction is. i appreciate policies, guidelines and procedures. I am loyal, honest and transparent. I have attended from the seat of the realtor multiply loan signings and have experienced good and not so good closing agents. I believe the loan closing agent/notary public is the most interracial role in a successful close. I live and work in the Columbus Ohio area and would like to stay at least 20-30 miles from the center of Columbus.
