A little bit about me...
My experience began in 1989 at the age of 21 while I was working as a Loan Processor for Great American Bank in Carlsbad California (now known as Washington Mutual) then in 1992 I was hired to be an Assistant Escrow Officer at Orange Coast Title in San Diego, there were not any "Signing Companies" at that time so many of the brokers and mortgage companies who worked with me were always wanting me to handle their closings. Due to my years as an Escrow Officer and Loan Document Processor my experience in handling loan documents and making sure that all documents were properly signed and notarized to meet the lender requirements went seamlessly to the point that I became so overloaded with handling Loan Document Closings that I decided to become a Full-Time Loan Signing Agent and started West Coast Signature and Notary Service in San Diego which was one of the only signing companies in Southern California during 1994-2002. I quickly grew the company handling closings all over California from San Diego - San Francisco and had multiple Notaries working with me during a very busy time. Interest rates sky rocketed and the economy took a major shift in the early 2000's so I decided it was time to pursue a different career and went into Health and Fitness. Fast Forward 20 years and I am now seeking to once again pursue Loan Document Signings. I am amazed how much this Industry has changed yet also how much I have retained over the years.

I reinstated my Notary Certification this past Summer 2024 and have become a Certified Signing Agent through NNA and I am excited to be back in the Industry that truly carved the path into my future.
