Valerie Pharr is the passionate force behind Jiffy Mobile Notary. With over 35 years of experience in managing complex, technical documents, she brings a wealth of expertise and an unwavering attention to detail to every project.

A lifelong learner, Valerie holds a master’s degree in communication and leadership studies and remains deeply engaged with the latest industry trends. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her extensive track record, having successfully managed thousands of notarizations and completed over 4,000 loan closings since founding Jiffy Mobile Notary in 2016.

Valerie's dedication extends beyond her professional life. She takes pride in managing the daily operations of her business, with the invaluable support of her husband, Keith, who assists with logistics and administration.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Valerie has firm roots in the region. With a background in design and the built environment, she spent more than 25 years collaborating with architects, engineers, and urban planners in cities like Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland. However, it was in Bend, Oregon, where she discovered her true calling as an entrepreneur after relocating in 2014.

Valerie’s commitment to her community is unmatched. She has revitalized neighborhood associations, served on the Neighborhood Leadership Alliance, and was elected to the vestry of Trinity Episcopal Church. Her passion for volunteering is only rivaled by her love for outdoor activities such as traveling, camping, hiking, and RVing, alongside interests like cooking, reading, and lifelong learning.

Her dedication to her craft is further demonstrated by her advanced certifications, which include Emerging Small Business and Woman Owned by the State of Oregon, Certified Apostille Agent, Certified Loan Signing Agent, and Remote Online Notarization (RON) Certified. Valerie’s embrace of technology and her role as a Trust Delivery Agent highlight her versatility and steadfast commitment to providing exceptional service to her clients.
