OUR STORY

Meet Valerie Pharr, MA, owner of Jiffy Mobile Notary & Loan Signing Agents and Apostille Nation. Valerie combines more than 40 years of experience working with lengthy, technical documents with the accuracy, organization, and attention to detail every important signing deserves.

A lifelong learner, Valerie holds a master’s degree in Communication and Leadership Studies. Since founding Jiffy Mobile Notary in 2016, she has completed thousands of notarizations and more than 5,000 loan closings. She continually updates her knowledge of notarial practices, loan-signing requirements, apostille procedures, and document-handling technology.

Valerie manages the day-to-day operations of the business with support from her husband, Keith, who assists with logistics and administration. In early 2025, Valerie’s daughter, Alexandra, joined Jiffy Mobile Notary as a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent. Together, they are committed to providing responsive, accurate, and personalized service.

Valerie is a lifelong Pacific Northwesterner with deep roots in the region. Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, she spent more than 25 years working as a document specialist with architects, engineers, and planners in Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland. After relocating to Bend in 2014, she found her calling serving individuals, families, businesses, title companies, attorneys, and other professionals throughout Central Oregon.

Her professional training includes certification as a Loan Signing Agent, Remote Online Notarization training, apostille-agent training, and certification as a Trust Delivery Agent. Her extensive background in document production, organization, and technology allows her to confidently manage detailed, time-sensitive assignments.

Valerie is also deeply committed to her community. She has helped revitalize neighborhood associations, served on Bend’s Neighborhood Leadership Alliance, and completed a three-year term on the vestry of Trinity Episcopal Church. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, RVing, cooking, reading, and lifelong learning.
