Notary public and loan signing agent. I am available Monday through Sunday, and I service the following areas in Southeastern Pennsylvania: Philadelphia, Delaware County, Lower Merion Township and Upper Merion Township.

If you are a local lender or title company, I will personally hand-deliver the signed, dated, and notarized documents to your office (no need to send a FedEx return label).

I am also available for general notary work (oaths, affirmations, signature witnessing, acknowledgments).

Per my applicant affidavit, I have the honesty, integrity, competence and reliability to act as a notary public. I will require personal appearance and identify my customer(s). I will act as an impartial witness, defend against fraud, and I will determine the competency and willingness of my customer(s).
