I accept appointments scheduled same day or in advance. WEEKEND APPTS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. Before accepting your appt, I make sure I have ample time for your customer to sign so they don't feel rushed.

Borrowers are called prior to appt to confirm date/time/location as well as confirm all parties attending have valid photo ID & review any other lender expectations. I am extremely familiar w/most docs & can quickly find answers to borrower questions within the docs so we don't have to stop to call someone for an answer. I point out pertinent parts of the docs, especially on the CD/ALTA, Mtg/DOT, Note & RTC. Prior to leaving & again before shipping, docs are checked to ensure all signatures/dates/initials & notary sections are clear & complete. A paper copy of the docs is given to the borrower in a folder to review further after the appt.

Documents are dropped at overnight for same day pickup if completed no later than 4pm. If docs are required to be scanned/emailed back, docs may not go out until the next business day if order is completed after 2pm.

I have completed hundreds of signings for: Conv/FHA/VA Refinances & Purchases, HELOCs, Loan Modifications, REO Cash Purchases, Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosures.
