I have a dual tray printer and know how to print both legal and letter size documents. I will not print docs double sided. I can get docs dropped same day if the time of the signing permits. I will perform a quality check before leaving the signing. I have a scanner and can provide scan/fax backs. I will follow all instructions provided. If any issues arise at the signing table, I will follow the chain of command per the instructions given with the order. I have been in title 6 years and know how to conduct a professional closing. I know that I may be the only person borrowers may see. Therefore I am a direct representative of the title company, lender, signing company. I will present myself and conduct all signings with the highest level of professionalism. I understand what is expected from a notary signing agent and will not provide information beyond what is allowed. I will direct the borrowers to contact their lender or title escrow officer if they have loan or document specific questions
