I have been on ALL sides of the loan closing table, so I have an extensive knowledge of all types of loans (FHA, Conv, Irrrl, VA, Reverse, Purchase, Investment, etc) and related financial documents. Due to my background in processing, originating, title work, and underwriting, I am able to answer customers questions and efficiently manage all aspects of the closing to ensure they are completely correctly and in an expedient manor. I have two high-speed dual tray laser printers, fax/copier/scanner and a digital camera. I also have a printer in my car, mobile scanner for fax-backs and wireless card for last minute closings. I generally return the completed package within the same day, as the FedEx facility near me takes drop offs until 10:30pm CST.
