Hello! I am a notary and Notary Signing Agent located in Middle TN (South Nashville, Vanderbilt University area). In addition, I am a licensed insurance agent as well as a retired attorney and am familiar with many legal, employment, and mortgage-related documents. I freelance as a Notary Signing Agent and work directly as an independent contractor with a local title company handling loan closings. I enjoy walking borrowers through the signing experience. I take a very methodical, detail-oriented approach to ensure completeness and accuracy during the loan signing process. I carry $1M in E & O insurance.
