I'm a full-time Mobile Notary & LSS certified Signing Agent. I am available Monday-Saturday 7am-9pm and Sunday from 8:00am - 9:00pm.

My main priorities at loan signing appointments are to ensure that the borrower has a pleasant experience and knows what they are signing by guiding them through important loan documents, such as the Note, Deed, and Closing Disclosure.

Before leaving an appointment, I always triple-check that signatures, dates, and initials are complete. I review key documents, whether that be Notice of Right to Cancel, PCOR, or Trust Certification, and ensure they are filled out correctly. Once a signing is complete, documents are returned promptly and on time. I will also keep you updated through the entire process.

I service the following counties: Davidson, Wilson, Rutherford, Montgomery, Sumner, Williamson, Dickson, Maury, and Robertson

I am also willing to accommodate last-minute signings and consider other counties with a negotiated agreement.
