As a licensed insurance adjuster with 14 years of extensive insurance industry claims processing, I bring a wealth of customer service experience to the notary/signing agent industry. My stable and progressive experiences in includes but not limited to ability to coordinate difficult circumstances when customers are at their most vulnerable and stressful state.. I am a highly organized, self-starter with in-depth knowledge of notary best practices involving the aspects of general notary and loan documents. My skill also includes but not limited to resolving problems quickly and effectively in a fast-paced fluid environment, all while demanding a high degree of integrity, strong organizational and computer skills. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), I work with a HP laser printer, NNA certified and bonded, and I believe it is essential to keep abreast of industry changes through training. Currently, I have completed the NNA certification program, the NNA Notary Essentials and two training courses Notary 101 and Loan Document review training workshop 1(w/ EC Head Notary Training Workshops). I will to travel up to 30 miles each way. My hours of operations are 8 am to 8 pm M-F and 8 am to 2 pm Saturdays. I service Tarrant and Dallas county.
