My name is William Earl Bratcher, but most everyone calls me Bill. I became a Certified Notary in September 2021. I realize that I have still have a lot to learn, but there is one major tool I have already learned many decades ago. I know how to check, re-check and then check again to make sure what I wanted to do is all correct. I have performed closings and other legal notarizations and have yet to fail in my duties or caused any delays due to mistakes. I enjoy this job and assisting potential clients to get things done in a correct and legal way. I am a traveling notary and will meet a client wherever they choose to meet that is safe and easiest for each of us to get to.
