I am experienced in buyer/seller packages, refinances, Home Equity/HELOC transactions, reverse mortgages, estate planning/trust documents, and general notary work. Remote online notarizations, IPEN, and traditional embossing are also available. For Texas HELOC related closings, I have two San Antonio locations and one Boerne location for my use to service these orders.
My mobile notary services are available to Boerne and the greater San Antonio and Texas Hill Country region, including Kendall, Bexar, Travis, Comal, Kerr, Gillespie, Blanco, Bandera, Medina, Guadalupe, Hays and Wilson Counties.
In order to provide my clients with professional and efficient transactions, I travel to each client's preferred meeting location with a dual tray printer and mobile scanner.
