Conventional (including Hard Money Loans and Restructuring),
Down Payment Assistance 2nd Mortgages,
HELOCS
Modifications,
Other General Notary Work

I work with a dual tray laser printer to accommodate those last minute signings.

I am NNA Certified, bonded and insured, and TRID certified.

I will travel up to 30 miles (each way). My regular hours are 8 am to 8 pm; with exceptions. I service the following counties: Tarrant, Dallas , Colin, and Ellis.
