I've been commissioned notary since 2019. I received an additional commission as a online notary in 2023. I'm commissioned for both until 2027. I currently work as a paralegal drafting business transactions. Primarily the buying and selling of businesses. However, I am familiar with POAs, Supported Decision Making instruments, and more. I am member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas and various other notary organizations. I am also a mediator with experience in mediating disputes with divorce, family law, SAPCRs, business transactions, wills, trusts and wealth management instruments such as trusts, REITs and more.
