Hi there! I'm a mobile notary signing agent in the suburbs of Austin, TX. My coverage area includes Williamson, Travis and nearby counties. My availability is very flexible throughout the week and on weekends. My only schedule conflicts tend to be around 9am and 4:30pm when drop off and pick up my daughter from school.

I may be new to notarial work but, I am VERY experienced in the world of hard money lending. Working as the funder/closer for USAM I Fund, I closed nearly 500 investment real estate loans totaling over $100 million from 2020-2023. I am not just familiar with loan document packages. I worked with our attorney to order these packages, review the signed copies when they came in, and gave final approval to fund the loan. Title companies I have worked with include Independence Title, Spartan Title, Austin Title, Chicago Title, Texas National Title, and more.

In July 2023 I stepped back from my funder/closer role to focus on working as a signing agent. I still work for my lender Jack Lieberman, but today I focus on the servicing side - collecting payments, paying property taxes, fulfilling draw requests, etc. This is a part time role where I mantain control over my daily working schedule.

In my personal life, I am married to my high school sweetheart, together for over 25 years and we have a teenage daughter entering high school in 2024. I have been a DJ since I was 16 years old, playing house music at raves and clubs and it's one of my favorite things to do still to this day.
