I'm currently a Fidelity National Title Group approved Notary and I hold 6 professional references. Accuracy and excellence in the Signing experience is of the utmost importance to me. I strive for excellence in completing a perfectly signed loan package and I will always work to correct any rare mistakes made immediately.
I strive to be early to every Signing because your client's time is valuable and getting your client's loan funded in a timely matter is highly important as well. I understand the importance of an error free Loan Signing so that your loan can be funded in a timely manner and so that no rate locks are missed. I strive to make the Signers feel at ease and work to answer any questions they may have in a timely manner.
