My name is Andrea Cain, and I am a Notary Public and Signing Agent in Texas.

I was commissioned in 2018. Took the NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent Course in 2019 and became a fulltime Signing Agent in 2020.  I carry 1,000,000 in Errors and Omissions insurance. I have been requested and added as a preferred Loan Signing Agent for one of the top 10 builders in the nation.  I have a fully functional mobile office allowing printing and scanning on the go and plan on offering remote and electronic notary services soon.

I can accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, last minute, weekend and holidays signings. I serve Dallas, Tarrant, Johnson and Ellis counties can accommodate surrounding areas if needed.
