I am a Background Screened, NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent that is bonded and insured with Errors and Omissions insurance. I provide Mobile Notary services all over the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and the surrounding areas and have performed notary services for several individuals, title and mortgage companies during my tenure. My notary signing services have included buyer and seller real estate closings, refinances, HELOCs, heirship affidavits, and power of attorneys, to name a few. I have also been a Paralegal for over 25 years at various law firms and in a corporate legal department so I am well aware of legal standards. I recently left my Paralegal job in August 2019. I am also a full time licensed Realtor and have served in real estate since 2004. I am willing to travel to accommodate my client's needs and willing to accept last minute signings on short notice. I have a 2 dual tray laser printer and also a printer/scanner which may accommodate a variety of printing needs.
