Each loan document that I am entrusted with is treated with diligence. Signatures are as printed in the documents. Dates and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also have extensive training on documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, and PCOR. You can be confident that these will be filled out properly by the signer.

Upon human error by myself, signer or another notary, I am more than happy to immediately fix mistakes and make sure all loan documents are returned in a timely manner. Communication is key, and all steps to closing will be shared to ensure confidence.

I am aware that everyone’s time is extremely important during this process. Documents will be returned via FedEx, UPS, or drop off, depending on client preference, as soon as possible. The positive correlation between drop off and funding is a high priority to me.
