I can print docs, I have a dual tray printer, or if you prefer, I can pick them up. Whatever is easiest for you. I am not picky about appointment times. 7 AM or 9 PM or even weekends. I'm always available. I am never late to appointments. I always take in account traffic times to ensure I am not. I actually walk your borrowers through all of the important docs: the closing statement, note, the deed, and CD. Unlike other notaries, I don't just shovel the loan docs in front of the borrower and say, “sign here, I am just a notary.” You don’t need to give that to a signing service, I’ll have docs back first thing in the morning and I won’t charge you any more than a local signing fee! I am willing to show you how good I am!
