I am Dianna Pettus, and I have been a government employee for 30+ years. I have a Bachelors Degree in Health Care Management, and have been instrumental in assisting service members make their transition to the civilian sector. I was initially commissioned as a notary in the State of Texas in 1980. I was later commissioned in 1998 and again in 2016. I am familiar with loan documents, as I passed the Texas Mortgage Loan Officer State Exam in 2006. Although no longer active, I have maintained an interest in the field, thus becoming Notary Signing Agent. I am bonded and Insured E/O $25,000 with additional E&O insurance of $1M. I am certified through the National Notary Association, and the Loan Signing System. I have also completed the Notary Essentials course as a refresher, and my background check is current.
