I'm a notary with 2 plus years experience. I am NNA Certified, bonded and insured, and I have attended additional training outside of NNA for loan signing, general notary and apostille agent. My experience consist of being a real estate investor who buys properties to fix-and-flip or rehab. Therefore, I understand the process of buying a home, working with hard money lenders, and purchasing to refinance in order to keep the property as a rental/cash-flow. In addition to that, I have a great understanding of the loan process, the importance of paying attention to details in order to close the loan. As an educator by trade, it is important for me to get as much education, in order to perform any job with excellence. I will travel up to 50 miles(each way). My regular hours are 8 am to 8pm; with exceptions. I service the following counties: Tarrant, Ellis, Johnson and Dallas.
