At each appointment, I am professionally dressed and conduct each appointment by introducing myself followed by giving a brief description of each document within the closing package (NOT just point-and-sign). I carefully guide the signers through all closing documents ensuring all signatures, initials and dates are obtained. In addition, I ensure all documents are properly notarized. Each closing package is reviewed at least three (3) times before being returned. After final review of documents, documents are returned IMMEDIATELY after the signing appointment, whether in-office or UPS/FedEx.
