I administer oaths and affirm the case of affidavits, depositions, and sworn statements and verify government-issued identification like driver’s license or passport, to confirm the identities of the parties signing the documents.
After the execution of the document, I place my seal to certify and notarize the document. I maintain a detailed journal of all notarial acts, documenting the nature of the document, parties involved, time and place of notarization.
