Javiare began her notary career in 2020 as a notary public and notary signing agent in Texas. As a commissioned notary she specializes in loan signings primarily but is also skilled in standard notarization's such as POA's, Acknowledgments, and other notary services. Because of her prior knowledge in mortgage consulting, she is familiar with Reverse mortgages, refinances, home buying/selling and HELOCS.
