During my 25+ year history, I was a Licensed mortgage broker for 15 years, during that time I was also doing signings as a mobile notary. Then I went on to become a full-time mobile notary, as the market had changed, I chose to become a license title agent for the last 9 years and was doing closing everyday along with clearing the title to the property.
As of recent, I have come back to the Mobile notary industry full-time. I have a lot of experience with loan signings. Your customers will be in great hands. The areas I service are Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port, Venice and Sarasota, Florida. I will travel further if needed.
