In my career I have scrutinized commercial leases and commercial estoppel certificates, residential leases, commercial lease amendments, addenda, and various contracts for accuracy and thoroughness. I will do the same with your documents to ensure signatures, dates, and initials are in place. If by chance I make an error, I will take ownership and do what needs to be done so that it is fixed.

Here is how I work: As I plan to do your signings, I will know where the FedEx locations are near the signing to drop documents ASAP. I will also keep you informed as needed while I have your assignment.
