I hold a Virginia commission as a Notary Public for the Commonwealth at Large, issued December 2, 2024 and valid through November 30, 2028. Because I also work inside the mortgage process every day, I understand what a clean, on-time signing means for the borrower, the lender and the title team.
I know closing documents from more than one side of the table. As a Receptionist and Post-Closer at Strategic National Title Group (2015–2017), I handled post-closing documentation for real estate title transactions. Since 2023 I have been a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #2551747, Maryland and Virginia), currently with New Story Lending. That background helps me walk a borrower through a loan package with confidence and catch a missed signature or date before a file goes back.
I'm also a steady presence at the table. I'm fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and as Office and Team Coordinator at Americas Choice Realty since 2022, I've been the bilingual point of contact for clients through their transactions. Years leading banquet teams at large events taught me to stay calm, organized and on schedule when timing is tight. I'm based in Annandale, Virginia, and have my own vehicle for appointments.
