I am a notary signing agent located in Hampton Roads. I specialize in servicing clients and corporations, such as Title Companies, Mortgage Companies, Real Estate Companies, Attorneys, and Signing Companies. My typical client services include: 

1. Receive documents to be notarized, carry them to the appointment.  
2. Call client to set up appointment and confirm appointment, early morning on day of signing. 
3. Make any necessary local or long distance calls that may be needed to complete the closing. 
4. Fax any paperwork necessary to complete signing. 
5. Contact appropriate personnel if any questions or problems arise while at signing. 
6. Carefully review all documents for appropriate dates and for any missed signatures or initials, and the witnessing of signatures. 
7. Return notarized document(s) via FedEx or preferred service.  

Services I provide for individuals typically include notarization of documents such as Charities, Real Estate Papers, Wills, Living Wills, Guardianships, Car titles, and Power of Attorney. These services can be performed at my location, or I can come to you if you prefer.

I am willing to travel as far as 45 minutes away, and up to two hours in some cases. 
The Virginia cities I mainly cover include Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, and Richmond areas.
