I am a full-time mobile notary public and loan signing agent covering Northern Virginia. I answer phone calls, texts, and emails from 8a-8p, Monday to Friday, and 8a-5p on weekends.

In addition to my training and certification with the National Notary Association (www.nationalnotary.org), I completed the Notary2Pro Elite program (www.notary2pro.com) and a Virginia-specific training class. I have also done Laura Biewer's Coach Me Laura state-specific notary training. In addition, I participate in Notary Stars (www.notarystars.com) live, ongoing classes, where we review all loan products, including customer service classes. These are the most reputable programs in the country, and as a result, I've attained a high level of expertise in all types of files--buyer, seller, refinance, HELOC, and option purchase agreements. Since the prepping of my files is organized and thorough, I'm confident that I can present any type of loan package with ease.

I have a Certificate in Professional Editing, and because of this, I have an eye for detail and am able to spot potential problems. I understand how important the notary instructions can be. With a few years' experience in customer service, I am sure to get my clients' questions answered at the table. Every client should walk out of their signing appointment with full confidence that the documents have been properly executed.

I adhere to the standards set by the Signing Agent Code of Conduct and the Notary Public Code of Professional Responsibility. I always offer scanbacks of signed packages; my high-speed copier and scanner make that possible.
