Hugo is a professional, NNA certified, insured Signing Agent representing top local and national settlement companies and signing agencies. Hugo has been in real estate industry for over 20 years as a Realtor which give him a deep understanding of the intricacies of the settlement process. As a Signing Agent his goal is simple, to make his client-companies look good. Hugo accomplishes this by delivering on-time, correct, professional signing services. He understands the critical fact that when meeting a signer he is the face of his client.

Upon winning an assignment he immediately contacts the signer to introduce himself and confirm appointment details. Assignment instructions and documents are reviewed, documents are printed on laser and in the correct paper size and copies are made as necessary.

The day of the appointment he arrives a few minutes early to guarantee punctuality. He believes that If you arrive on time, you are late. Hugo is very respectful of the signer’s time and the signing is conducted with attention to detail and efficiency in mind. Upon completion of the signing, the client is immediately notified, scan/faxbacks done, uploaded as instructed by the client and documents overnighted back to the client or hand delivered the same day when possible. Hugo can conduct bilingual signings as well in his native Spanish.

Hugo has been a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) for almost 20 years. He has served as a Director in the local chapter and at the national level as a National Advocacy Committee Regional Director for the Mid-Atlantic. Hugo resides in Northern Virginia with his wife Leah, their two daughters and 2 dogs.
